There's no layer of account management between you and the problem. Whoever develops the solution also sits in the kick-off and explains it.
Projects, not a ticket queue
You follow a project from concept to series production, meaning circuit, firmware and commissioning. No section that gets handed off to another team after two weeks.
Hardware that actually runs
What you develop goes into a machine and has to work there. The feedback is immediate and honest, because the lab is next door.
Pragmatic, not academic
We look for the solution that solves the problem, not the most elegant one on paper. Anyone who loves arguing about standards but never measures anything will be unhappy here.
