The official interface adapter for the entire Akrodyn ecosystem: universal for CAN and CAN-FD, required for commissioning, control and diagnostics of all Akrodyn devices, plug-and-play on Windows, macOS and Linux.
To commission, configure or diagnose an Akrodyn device, you need the AkroCAN-FD. The adapter is the direct connection between your PC and all Akrodyn products with a CAN interface: servo drives (Rigi, Pilatus, Grimsel), brake choppers, sensor systems and further CAN-capable modules.
The Akrodyn Motion and Sensor Suite uses this connection for graphical parameterisation, live data visualisation, firmware updates (DFU) and system diagnostics in real time. Thanks to a galvanically isolated CAN interface and native socketCAN support under Linux, the AkroCAN-FD is simultaneously a fully capable universal CAN analysis adapter for any CAN or CAN-FD bus.
